Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts have historically focused energy and resources on supporting and empowering underrepresented and marginalised groups to achieve more equitable outcomes in a working system that is not setup for them to succeed.
Across the world progress has been slow - for women in leadership and other dimensions and intersectionalities of identity. It’s time for that to change. What if we stopped trying to fix women and focused on fixing the system?
A new approach to DEI to reduce the fatigue and help leadership teams see the ROI. Build inclusive leadership capability, futureproof leaders for the future and activate allies in your organisation.
In recent years, an increased understanding of the powerful impact of male allies at work and at home has led many organisations to recognise men as allies as a critical component of their diversity and inclusion efforts. This is a journey we’re all on together and this event is designed to unite everyone around a common goal, find their why in this mahi and commit to making a difference for themselves and others.
