Describe your product or service and what it delivers:

Our team have extensive experience in conflict resolution through providing mediations, employment investigations, individual and/or team coaching. We are highly-regarded in industrial and union relations with extensive experience in collective bargaining. Our HR/ER support services include representation and advice, audits, in-house assistance, employment agreements, policy development and review, and strategy. 


How long has your product/ service been on the market?

Our business started as Paul Diver Associates in 1991, rebranding as Three60 Consult in 2017 to reflect the growth in our business and evolving needs of our clients.  

With over 30 years working at the very heart of relationships between New Zealand businesses and their employees, we know that positive workplace relationships deliver positive outcomes – which is the centre of our approach.
